Before you come

• Wear something comfortable. You stay fully clothed throughout.
• Drink water beforehand, skip a heavy meal right before, and go easy on caffeine for a few hours if you can.
• Leave a little room in your day afterwards, if you can.
• For distance sessions, be somewhere you can lie down undisturbed.

Changes & cancellations

Reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email. Paying by bank transfer? Until your transfer arrives, just reply to the email with your payment details to make a change. If something comes up at short notice, message @angelic_reiki_nz or Angelic Reiki NZ on Facebook, or email jessie@angelicreiki.nz and it will be sorted.
