Who you are booking with
Angelic Reiki with Jessie, operating from 17F Watene Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060. Sessions are given by Jessie Kim.
In person sessions are held at that address in Mount Wellington, Auckland. Distance sessions are received wherever you are in New Zealand.
What you are booking
An Angelic Reiki session of the length shown when you book. Angelic Reiki is a complementary wellbeing practice. It supports, and does not replace, medical or mental health care.
No diagnosis, treatment or cure is offered, and nothing said in a session or on this site is medical advice. If something concerns you about your health, please see a doctor.
You stay fully clothed throughout. You can stop a session at any point, for any reason, without explaining why.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and are what you pay. Payment is taken when you book, so the time is genuinely held for you.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and never reach this website.
If a price on this site is ever wrong, Jessie will contact you before charging anything further. She will not quietly charge a different amount from the one you agreed to.
Changing or cancelling

Your part
Please arrive at roughly the right time, and let Jessie know beforehand if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or under the care of a health professional for something significant. It changes nothing about whether she will see you; it helps her hold the session well.
For a distance session, be somewhere quiet where you can lie down undisturbed for the booked hour.
Your rights under New Zealand law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, and these terms do not change that.
Where anything here conflicts with those Acts, those Acts apply.

Tell Jessie first, at jessie@angelicreiki.nz. Almost everything is resolved in a message.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
