How a session runs
The flow of the session

Check-in & intention
Your session begins with a gentle check-in about how you're feeling, what has brought you to Angelic Reiki NZ, and anything you would like support with. Jessie will also pull a few Angelic cards to help guide the conversation and set an intention for the session.

Settle & receive
You'll then lie down comfortably, fully clothed, with an eye mask on and take a few conscious breaths. From here, there is nothing you need to do. You can simply relax, soften and allow yourself to receive.

The healing
As the session unfolds, Jessie's hands rest gently on or just above different areas of the body. Within the Angelic Reiki tradition, the healing is guided intuitively, with attention also given to clearing and balancing the chakras. You may experience warmth, tingling, emotions, imagery, deep relaxation, or you may simply fall asleep. Every session is unique.

Integration & reflection
At the end, Jessie will gently guide you back into awareness of your body and the room. There is then unhurried time to sit up, have some water and talk through anything you experienced, along with any impressions or intuitive insights Jessie received during the session.
